
Luke Arnell, M.D.
Dr. Arnell is a board-certified otolaryngologist who provides comprehensive care for adult and pediatric patients. A San Diego native, he is proud to serve the community where he grew up, offering expertise across the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat disorders. His clinical interests include the medical and surgical management of sinus and nasal disease, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, salivary gland disorders, hearing and balance concerns, voice and swallowing disorders, allergy evaluation, maxillofacial trauma and head and neck cancer conditions.
Dr. Arnell completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience. He then pursued his medical degree at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine, where he built a strong foundation in patient-centered, evidence-based care. Following medical school, he remained in Burlington to complete his residency in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at the University of Vermont Medical Center, gaining extensive medical and surgical training in the full breadth of ENT care.
Through his comprehensive training, Dr. Arnell developed a wide-ranging skill set that allows him to provide individualized care for patients at every stage of life. He takes pride in treating children and adults, recognizing the unique needs of each age group. He works closely with patients and their families to develop treatment plans prioritizing health, function and quality of life.
